Coaching for School Leaders & Teacher Leaders

Coaching Client Tesimonials:

Erica—with all of her experience, candor, generosity, and humor—helped me see myself, my role, and my school (and all of its systems and cultures) as something that I could study and learn from. Our conversations transformed my relationship to my work. I feel it, and my colleagues see it. And everyone wants to know, ‘How did you find Erica?’
— Dean and Program Director, California

What is coaching?

One-on-one, confidential coaching provides school leaders with a structured space to explore their leadership style, align values with vision, and workshop real-life situations. Sessions conducted via Zoom.

What are the benefits of coaching?

  • Separate work from home by processing challenges constructively and leave work at work.

  • Lead with clarity and intention by gaining new perspectives and make more of an impact.

  • Navigate complex dynamics: Handle challenging situations with confidence.

  • Develop sustainable strategies: Identify practices that support both effective leadership and personal wellbeing.

Erica’s coaching is both life-saving and sustaining. As someone in the early years of leadership, she helps me translate big-picture strategy into manageable, tangible tactics, while offering realistic advice that keeps a healthy perspective on the demands of running a school system. Her guidance always brings me back to the why behind what I’m trying to communicate, making me a clearer and more effective leader.
— Division Head, New York City
